SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At this time, PRECISION PRODUCTS...ONLY ships merchandise to locations within the Continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS !!  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you (the purchaser) when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Once your tracking number shows that your package was accepted by the post office, from that point on it is out of our hands.

PRECISION PRODUCTS only uses the United States Post Office as their shipping method.

All orders under $100.00 will be shipped USPS First Class with tracking number provided. A $4.00 flat rate charge will automatically be added at checkout.


All orders of $100.00 or more will automatically be upgraded to USPS Priority 2-3 Day free of charge.


There is an option at checkout for you to select USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS 1-2 DAY DELIVERY. There is a $30.00 flat rate charge for this service.


Tracking numbers will be provided to customers on all orders via email the day their orders are fulfilled and are shipped.


CUSTOMER ADDRESSES AND EMAIL ADDRESSES***IMPORTANT***

Our shipping software requires a valid physical address or a PO Box. Our software is designed to validate that the address physically exists or it will not let us create a shipping label. If this occurs, we will send you an email requesting a valid address or PO Box. Obviously your package will be sitting here waiting your response. This is one of the reasons why your correct email address is important. All order confirmation emails / shipping confirmation emails / tracking numbers and any general correspondence will be sent to the email you listed at checkout. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US from a different email address AND SAY YOU DID NOT RECEIVE ANY OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED ITEMS. Try checking the email address you provided us at checkout first. ALL CORRESPONDENCE REGARDING CHANGING YOUR ORDER, OR ANY CORRESPONDENCE AT ALL MUST BE SENT TO (precisionproducts2015@gmail.com). PLEASE DO NOT SEND ORDER CHANGES OR ANY CORRESPONDENCE TO OUR PAYPAL EMAIL.THOSE CAN GET OVERLOOKED.

 

HANDLING TIME

If your order is placed before 10:00 am Eastern Time, and we have your items in stock, typically your order will ship that day. All other orders will ship next day or within 48 hrs max.


BACK ORDERED ITEMS 99% of the time back ordered items will be here on the day we say they will on the products page. We try to ship all back orders the day after we receive the new inventory in. Depending on how many back orders there are, it might take another day to process them all. If it will take longer than that, we will inform you of the delay. Also note...If you place an order that has multiple items and one of those items is on back order, the entire order will be held until we receive the back ordered item so the entire order can ship together in one package. We will not break orders up into multiple packages. Please consider this before selecting the EXPRESS MAIL option.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, PRECISION PRODUCTS does not accept INTERNATIONAL orders. If you do not live in the Continental United States or Alaska or Hawaii, please do not even place an order. If an INTERNATIONAL order is placed, it will be cancelled and all monies paid will be refunded to your paypal account immediately. Please be aware that your refund will be minus $2.00 for every item in the order you are cancelling. This is to cover the original transaction fee that paypal charges us (that they keep), plus a $10.00 administration fee for our time involved in the cancellation and refunding of your payment.

 

SALES TAX

PRECISION PRODUCTS charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site that is shipped within the state of Florida. The sales tax rate is 7.0%

 

RETURN POLICY

PRECISION PRODUCTS offers a 14 day money back return policy. If after 14 days of receiving your products you wish to return them, please email us for an RMA # and return instructions. All refunds will be issued back to the customer through the original payment method. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. All refunds will be minus a 20% restocking fee, all paypal fees which are (2.9% + .30 cent transaction fee) and minus our initial shipping cost, if we paid the original shipping cost. If you paid the original shipping cost, that will be refunded.


PRECISION PRODUCTS can not accept any returns of items that have been modified in any way. We can not accept damaged items either. Damage being described as: damaged threads - dents - dings - scratches - nicks - scuff marks...etc. The items must be returned in exactly the same way they were received. If you have modified your items, or they are damaged in any way, please do not even request to return them. If you send us back modified or damaged items, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AND WE WILL SEND THE ITEMS BACK TO YOU.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you decide to cancel your order before it ships. We can do the order cancellation and refund your paypal account no problem. Please be aware that your refund will be minus $2.00 for every item on the order you are cancelling. This is to cover the original transaction fee that paypal charges us (that they keep), plus a small administration fee for our time involved in the cancellation and refunding of your payment. We have to charge this fee or we loose money every time someone makes a mistake and cancels their order. We feel it is not our responsibility to bear a financial burden for a mistake that we did not make.


ORDER DISCREPANCIES AND MISSING ITEMS

PRECISION PRODUCTS has a 3 person quality control system in place to assure order accuracy. 1 person prints out the invoices and picks the products from inventory and lays the correct products on top of the correct invoice. A different person inspects every order to make sure all the items match their invoices. And finally another different person packages the items and creates the shipping labels. That is 3 separate people looking at every item that goes into your order. Each one of these people are required to put a mark or their initials on the invoice. This system has eliminated 99.9% of incorrect orders and or missing items. IF YOU OPEN YOUR PACKAGE AND SEEM TO THINK ITEMS ARE MISSING please look carefully inside the bubble envelope or box to make sure the item is not stuck in the bottom or hidden by packing material. IF YOU STILL SEEM TO THINK ITEMS ARE MISSING you have 2 days from the day you received your package to report this to us. We will require that you email us a snapshot or scan of the original invoice that was sent to you. This will identify the 3 people who were involved in assembling your package and allow us to investigate the issue. And then a determination will be made as how to proceed.


ANY DISCREPANCIES AT ALL, MUST HAVE A PHOTOGRAPH FROM YOU TO BACK UP WHAT YOU ARE SAYING.

WE ARE HONEST PEOPLE HERE AND IF WE WERE WRONG, WE WILL STAND BY OUR WORD AND MAKE THINGS RIGHT.

WE WILL NOT TOLERATE SCAMMERS. THIS IS WHY WE PUT THESE POLICIES IN PLACE TO BEGIN WITH.
